The Committee can examine any matters connected with the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action and the Department of Transport and Planning and their related agencies.
The 60th Parliament expired on 3 November 2026. A general election will be held on 28 November 2026. All Committees of the 60th Parliament ceased to exist on 3 November 2026, and any incomplete inquiries lapsed from that date. New Committees will be established in the 61st Parliament.
